Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfillment process. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days. Transit times vary from 5-7 business days.

Order Shipment

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@nightvisionsupply.com.

No Shipping outside the USA. 

Shipping Options

Our base "Curb-side" Pickup shipping is usually completely free! This option usually takes between 5-7 days to arrive at your doorstep, after you have submitted your order. There are other options available, however. We also offer the below options for some products. Please contact us for more information about these prior to ordering. 

  • Threshold Shipping: This involves the item being brought onto your porch, or into a sheltered/garage area. 

  • White Glove Delivery - this includes the item being brought into your room of choice, any minor assembly, and all boxes and packaging removed from your house!

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled free of charge as long as they have not yet shipped. Once an order has left the warehouse, cancellations may no longer be available, and standard return policies will apply.

Reporting Damages
If you notice visible, credible damage to the package upon delivery, please feel free to refuse it. For internal damage not visible on the outside of the package, please report it to us as soon as possible after delivery.

Processing and Shipping Times
Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days, depending on when the order is received and product availability. Once processed, orders will be shipped via FedEx or UPS, depending on the best option for your location.

Andres Industries AG Shipping Policy

Order Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Orders for Andres Industries AG products are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once placed. This policy ensures the timely processing of all orders. However, defective devices are fully covered under warranty and are eligible for repair or replacement as per warranty terms.

Shipping and Insurance
All orders are shipped via UPS with full insurance, direct delivery, and require a signature upon receipt to ensure safe arrival. Please inspect the package upon delivery. If there is visible damage to the parcel, we advise refusing the package and notifying us immediately. Internal damage should be reported as soon as possible after delivery.

Delivery times vary based on product availability and order timing. We strive to process and dispatch orders promptly and will keep you updated on any changes.

GSCI Shipping Policy

Order Processing and Cancellations
GSCI products are custom-built for each order. Once your order and payment are received, it immediately enters production, which includes allocation of parts, components, and labor. As such, all orders are final and cannot be canceled or refunded. However, order modifications (such as volume increases or upgrades) may be possible depending on the stage of production at the time of request.

Shipping and Insurance
Orders are shipped with insurance that covers 1% of the invoice value, significantly lower than standard courier rates. Alternatively, customers may choose to use their own shipping insurance. Please inspect the package and device immediately upon delivery. If any damage is discovered, notify us right away so we can initiate a claim with the courier.

Delivery Times
Due to GSCI’s efficient production pipeline, small orders typically ship within 3-5 business days after payment is received, and often even sooner.

Export Compliance
For U.S. customers, non-weapon-mountable devices do not require export permits. However, for weapon-mountable devices, an export permit may be required. This is a standard procedure and typically takes 3-5 days for approval.

Nitehog Shipping Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled without any fees if they haven’t left the warehouse.
  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders received in the morning are shipped by the end of the day. Orders received closer to 5 pm may ship the next day.
  • After Shipping: If canceled after shipment, the customer must cover the shipping fees.

Damaged Orders

  • Photos Required: Customers must provide photos of any damage to the box and contents upon arrival.
  • Well-Packed Items: Despite any outer box damage, the inside is generally protected. Only one internal damage case in 15 years across 10,000 shipments.

Return Policy

  • 15-Day Return Window: Customers have 15 days to return items.
  • Pre-Approval Required: Returns must be approved in advance by Nitehog.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers cover return shipping fees.
