The Armasight Gen 3 PVS-14 Multi-Purpose NV Monocular combines superior image quality with high performance. Available with either Bravo 1400+ FOM or High Performance 1800+ FOM image intensifier tubes (IIT), each option comes in Ghost White Phosphor for exceptional clarity in a variety of conditions.
The Armasight Sidekick is the world’s smallest fully multi-functional thermal imaging monocular with a 12-micron sensor, providing rapid 60Hz frame rates for smooth performance. Weighing under 250 grams, it can be used as a handheld mini-monocular or mounted for hands-free operation. The high-definition 1024×768 OLED display delivers sharp imaging and easy-to-read icons. With intuitive three-button controls and in-unit video recording, the Sidekick is both versatile and highly effective for any user.

Return Policy
- Eligibility: Items may be returned if found defective within the warranty period.
- Return Process:
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing support@armasight.com or using the Contact Form.
- Include the RMA number with the returned product and follow the provided instructions.
- Shipping Costs: Customer is responsible for all shipping, postage, and insurance costs for returns.
- Non-Refundable Items: Items damaged due to improper use, cosmetic damage, or ordinary wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Refund Policy
- Refund Process: Refunds for returned items will be processed after inspection.
- Warranty Claims: Claims must be pre-approved with an RMA; failure to follow this may result in delays.
- Warranty Exclusions: Shipping costs and duties are non-refundable.

- Extended Limited Warranty: Available if registered within 60 days of purchase:

- Laser and Illumination Devices: 3 years.
- Components and Accessories: 1 year.
- Re-Armed™ Products:
- Standard Warranty: 3 months.
- Extended Warranty: 1 year (if registered).
Warranty Coverage Requirements
- Registration: Register within 60 days of purchase to access extended warranty benefits.
- Proof of Purchase: Must be provided for warranty claims.
Warranty Limitations
- Exclusions:
- Damage from tampering, misuse, or alterations.
- Cosmetic damage or wear that does not affect functionality.
- Damage from unauthorized repair or incompatible equipment.
- Loss or theft of the product.

Transferability and Legal Information
- Non-Transferrable: Warranty applies only to the original owner.
- International Customers: Warranty only valid for U.S. domestic purchases.
- Liability Limitation: Armasight is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled free of charge as long as they have not yet shipped. Once an order has left the warehouse, cancellations may no longer be available, and standard return policies will apply.
Reporting Damages
If you notice visible, credible damage to the package upon delivery, please feel free to refuse it. For internal damage not visible on the outside of the package, please report it to us as soon as possible after delivery.
Processing and Shipping Times
Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days, depending on when the order is received and product availability. Once processed, orders will be shipped via FedEx or UPS, depending on the best option for your location.
