Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Items may be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • Condition: Must be in original packaging; opened or used items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Process:
    • Email ac@pardiniguns.com with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
    • Write the RMA number on the outside of the return package.
    • Include contact information and the original packing slip or invoice.
  • Shipping Costs: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund, even for "free" shipping offers.
  • Deadline: No returns accepted after 15 days from receipt.

Refund Policy

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within two weeks after the return is received and inspected.
  • Restocking Fees: A 15% restocking fee applies to opened/used packages or items not manufactured by Pardini or Nitehog.

Warranty Information

  • Warranty Coverage:

    • Limited Lifetime Warranty for original owners against manufacturer defects.
    • Valid for products purchased on or after January 1, 2024.

  • Requirements for Warranty Coverage:

    • Submit warranty card or register the product within 60 days of receipt.
    • Provide original proof of ownership (receipt or invoice) showing the product details.

  • Warranty Service:

    • Repair or replacement at the discretion of Pardini USA LLC and Nitehog USA LLC.
    • Shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the original owner until the claim is validated.

  • Limitations of Warranty:

    • Excludes normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, and accidental damages.
    • No coverage for unauthorized modifications or use of sub-standard accessories.

  • Warranty Claims:

    • Email info@pardiniguns.com or info@nitehogusa.com with “Warranty Claim (Product)” in the subject line.
    • Include your name, contact information, serial number, proof of ownership, and a brief description of the issue.
    • DO NOT ship any products until you receive explicit approval from the service team.

  • Processing Time: Warranty repairs will be completed within five business days of receipt, excluding shipping time. Loaner products may be provided if repairs take longer.

Further Rights

  • This warranty supersedes all previous policies and verbal representations.
  • Pardini USA LLC and Nitehog USA LLC are not liable for consequential or incidental damages.
  • Warranty grants the original owner additional rights as permitted by state and federal guidelines.

Damaged Orders

  • Photos Required: Customers must provide photos of any damage to the box and contents upon arrival.
  • Well-Packed Items: Despite any outer box damage, the inside is generally protected. Only one internal damage case in 15 years across 10,000 shipments.

Return Policy

  • 15-Day Return Window: Customers have 15 days to return items.
  • Pre-Approval Required: Returns must be approved in advance by Nitehog.
